Private Hospitals - Industry Discounted Registration

Bring four delegates from the same hospital facility, and pay for three

To qualify for the Private Hospitals Industry Discounted Rate:

  • You must register all four (4) delegates from your hospital facility at the same time.
  • All delegates must be from the same hospital facility. If you do not work at a private hospital facility, you are not eligible for this special rate.
  • If you are not from a private hospital facility and you use this link to register for the 2011 APHA National Congress, you will be contacted at a later date to pay for the fourth (4th) delegate.

Registration Fees and Registration Fee Inclusions

All prices are in AUD$ and include 10% GST

  • Early Bird Discounted Rate is applicable when received on or before Friday, 19 August 2011
  • Full Rate fees are applicable when received on or after Saturday, 20 August 2011

Please note: To qualify for the discounted Early Bird rate full payment must be received on or before Friday, 19 August 2011. If full payment is not received your registration fee will increase to the full congress registration fee.

APHA 2011 Terms & Conditions

Congress Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Congress after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform the Professional Congress Organisers in writing of their inability to attend.

Cancellations received before 16 September 2011 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $110.00. Cancellations after 16 September 2011 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee. Any changes made to a registration, including accommodation, within seven (7) days of the Conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Payment of Fees

All congress and function payments must be received prior to the Congress. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the Congress you will not have access, unless full payment (credit card only) is made upon your arrival. Please note Diners Club credit cards are not accepted.

Registration

APHA reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • refuse or reject the application of any person seeking registration; or
  • cancel the registration of any registrant at this conference (with full or pro rata refund dependent on the timing of such cancellation but without payment of any other form of compensation) without the provision of any reasons.
